Commission Fees

In exchange for Affiliate’s display of the Promotional Materials, mindbodygreen shall pay to Affiliate a commission equal to an agreed-upon percentage of the Net Revenue from purchase from the Linked Site via direct end-user outbound click through the unique URL that is provided in the link located on the Affiliate Web Properties during the term of this Agreement; provided, that the Commission shall be earned only with respect to an individual consumer’s initial purchase and shall not be earned with respect to subsequent purchases. 

Permitted Channels 

mindbodygreen doesn’t allow for the usage of any paid search channels (Google Ads, Bing, DuckDuckGo) or Meta.

Termination

In the event that mindbodygreen terminates this Agreement due to the Affiliate’s breach of this Agreement, the Commission, if any, accrued and payable as of, or accruing after, the notice to Affiliate of such breach shall be forfeited, and mindbodygreen shall not be obligated to pay such Commission to Affiliate.

Legal Compliance

All Affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. mindbodygreen reserves the right to suspend or remove Affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, and promotional materials provided to you by mindbodygreen or Refersion. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked. 

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MINDBODYGREEN, LLC.

BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION.
